Once someone finds out you make good money, they will never stop asking you for Handouts.

This can apply to anyone, and I feel like anyone can relate to this.

I remember when I was in my mid 20's, I used to work at a bar and restaurant, and I made quite good money compared to everyone else.

My take home pay was like $1,500 per week, and my rent was $500, so I had a ton of money left over after bills.

I never told anyone how much I was making, until one day one of my roommates found the check from my job, and he was shocked, and he asked me how I can make so much money.

I told him to study harder and work harder, and he was pissed because he thought I was lucky and he gave me some version of the "You don't understand what it's like for me" speech.

Fast forward like a year and a half, and money in the bank really does change people.

My old roommate now makes a ton more than I do, because he works in construction and it's taking him years to pay off his drug fees from high school.

He now constantly asks me for handouts, and I don't give them to him because he never actually helped me out, and I do believe that everyone has to go through a little bit of hell in life.

I also find it so asinine that someone who lives below the poverty line can ask someone who makes triple the median American wage, for money.

As soon as you tell someone you make a lot of money, it's like your personal fund is open to the public.
