Fake Connection Speed on Laptop

As someone who pays thousands of dollars a month on their internet plan and has 10 Gb/s internet, it's absolutely ridiculous that I only get 100 Mb/s for my laptop. So I think someone should develop an application that reports a fake connection speed to the internet provider.#####It's funny how much time I wasted on my little "ai generated meme".
