If you don't want to donate your organs after you die and someone else needs them to survive, you shouldn't be allowed to receive them in return. If you don't value other people's lives enough to help them stay alive if you need their organs, you shouldn't get to have the option of receiving them when YOU need it. I feel like this is something that should be much more widely discussed. Clearly there will be some cases in which this should not apply (e.g. people who are unconscious and have never been made aware of the option to donate organs) but people SHOULD be made aware of the option to donate organs and they should be made aware that if they choose not to donate, they will not receive donates of their tissue. I feel like this would probably make a lot more people actually want to donate their organs because most people want to live, and being a organ recipient would seem much more fair if you could potentially donate organ's to someone in return (the fairness of organ donation is a whole other issue though)
