I was in a small town on the lake. Everybody was middle class, barely scraping by. I feel bad for them, as they don't have many options. They shop at Walmart, as there is no other place to go. They also had a small dollar store.

I was at a shop on the lake and the woman made a comment that the rich would come on the weekend and spend a ton of money. She said they would tip $100 on a $50 meal.

Now I was in another town, which I actually own a place. I was at a high end restaurant and the food was way better.

The rich don't spend there money at Walmart or dollar stores. They spend money on higher end goods, which benefits the rich more than the poor.

So much for trickle down economics.

Edit: This is a repost, as the other was locked.
