NYC no longer lets you donate blood if you've ever used meth, crack, or a needle

This wasnt the case like 5 years ago, when I first donated. Now it is. The only other drug that makes them reject you is PCP, which is a psuedoamphetamine. I just wonder how long it will take them to realize that crack is literally pure cocaine.
