Husband won't let me remove birth control implant from arm. I'm sick of it.

I'm just so sick of it. I've been begging my husband to let me get this implant taken out. I HATE IT.<br><br>My husband and I have been together for 10 years, married for 6 years. We together decided we never wanted to have kids before we were married. We both agreed on it. Since I have PCOS, I unfortunately have to deal with a lot of problems that comes with it, so if I were to have kids I'd have a lot of complications. Plus I don't want to risk that I'll pass on my genes to my kids since I've had this condition my whole life. We've discussed this, and my husband was on the same page. We decided to never have kids. We both took some tests to make sure we were compatible with each other. We were. <br><br>We decided to use birth control, and I'm not good with pills so I got the implant in my arm. It was such a painful and bad experience. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to just take the pills instead. My husband and I were each others first and only, so we're both inexperienced. We didn't know that I would gained a lot of weight eating the same as I did before. I gained 25 pounds in less than a year. I was so confused, and my doctor said it was the implant. I have been begging my husband to let me remove it, but he said no. I told him I could take the pill instead, but he said NO. I told him I'd get an IUD, and he said no. He said it was too risky to get an IUD, so that's why he said no. I was complaining about how much I hate my body since I gained so much weight, and he just said that the implant is fine. I'm so sick of it, I want to explore other types of birth control that doesn't make me gain so much weight. He won't let me. I'm so confused as to why he won't let me. I don't even recognize my body anymore, and I hate the weight I've gained. I want my body back, and at this point I want to explore other types of birth control. He won't let me.
