It should be illegal for employers to ask for a degree after an interview to give yourself a chance to get a job

So I get it, you want the best candidate and you figure that person with a degree is a better candidate, well I have a newsflash for you: It doesn't always equal intelligence. It costs WAY too much for a college degree now and it should not be a barrier between getting a job. Give us a chance to work for you and prove ourselves!
