My prolonged celibacy has caused me to lack empathy and do harmful things to people.

I've been celibate for years now, and it seems that the longer I am celibate, the more selfish I have become and the less empathy I have towards other people. I've been bottling my emotions for so long (including prolonged celibacy), and that has caused me to do and say hurtful things to people that I regret. I was never this way before, but it seems that the more I am celibate, the more I become a callous, cruel person without much regard for others.
