If you're a worker and you're using reddit, does that mean you're breaking your job contract?

I was under the impression that working at any big-tech corp like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Apple, etc, requires a contract.

Doesn't the contract have a provision that says you're not supposed to use social media while you're working? If so, wouldn't that mean that anyone using social media while at work is breaking their contract?
