I'm having a bad anime day. What should I watch or what should I do?

I've had a bad day and decided to watch some anime to take my mind off things. I watched nickeodeon style episodes of Astrogang and started Gatchaman Crowds. I couldn't get into either. I also have bad period cramps and am down in the dumps.
