I [23M] was changing my son's diaper [5M] and he looks at me dead in the eyes and says 'I'm not a baby, I'm a grown man.'

My son is amazing, but also very difficult. He has autism and ADHD, so he will periodically have episodes of hitting, kicking and screaming. He will literally kick me in the balls for making the wrong food. Tonight I was changing his diaper because he still isn't potty trained and he looks at me dead in the eyes and says 'I'm not a baby, I'm a grown man.' I'm not sure if I should be concerned or proud about this. Would appreciate any comments!
