I’m 22M and freshly moved into a flat with three others.

One of them is a girl we’ll call Gina, and she’s 24 years old.

Gina has a work out area in her room, and one day she chooses to do some yoga w/o wearing her top.

I needed something and she was great at giving advice, so naturally, I would go ask.

I tap on the door but she doesn’t acknowledge, probably because she’s got earbuds in and the volume up high.

I open the door and she’s spread out all over her mat, and at this point it’s waaay too late to back out.

I announce my presence, she looks up at me and sees I’m standing there, and she’s in a bit of an uncomfortable position.

She tries to get up and sees she has nowhere to go while in that position, so all she does is switch her posture, and it was honestly quite entertaining to watch.

I was clearly in the wrong, but she was the one who was embarrassed.

In hindsight, maybe I should’ve just left and never mentioned it, but at the time I thought I’d messed up and needed to make things right, so I gave her a slight smile and told her she doesn’t have to be embarrassed, she’s working out after all. I got what I needed and promptly left.

This has never happened to me before and I don’t know how I’m feeling.

Mostly bad because I made her uncomfortable.
