It needs to be illegal for a company to list an inclusive job description then see how people react and then not pick anyone with someone with less experience because they don't have the degree they require

I am a recent college graduate in my early 20s who majored in Human Resources, I have been looking for a job and have applied to several in my field but have been getting really frustrated recently during the interviews because the job description states it is open to applicants with no experience but when they find out you graduated a few years ago instead of last year, they immediately assume that since you don't have recent education that you have no work experience or that your experience is irrelevant even if it's in a similar field. They completely ignore the fact that a degree is taught the basics and in the work force, you will learn everything else on the job. They are also assuming that if you graduated a few years ago, you have no relevant skills or experience when some of us have gained so much more experience and skills while in college than someone who just graduated and has been in the work force for a year.
