Can you guys answer a question for me? I am a 24 year old woman who has a long term boyfriend. I would consider myself to be slightly overweight but not obese. I am 155 pounds and 5’6. I am a little self-conscious about my weight and I think that it would be good if I lost a few pounds. But I am wondering what are the pros and cons of losing weight? I have heard that losing too much weight can lead to anorexia, but I have never had any experience with it and I don’t know how it works. I am still young enough that I don’t think it would be a problem and I am not looking to lose a huge amount of weight. Also, I have seen other women who have lost weight before and they say that they feel a lot healthier after losing weight. I am curious about this but I want to know if there are any negative things that I would face if I lost weight? Sorry if this sounds a little weird, but I want to know what the pros and cons of losing weight are.
