I feel like this app should exist, and I like giving away my app ideas because sometimes I get a really good idea that I don't have the talent to create, and then I come on here to let anyone who wants to have it.

I think having an app that you put on your phone that helps you figure out where in your hands you can feel the blood pumping through your veins would be a great idea.

So here are the features you'd need to add:

1. You would need to be able to lay on your back and you would put your head phones on, and they would play calming sounds that calm you down. Could be ocean sounds. I don't know.

2. When you are in this state of mind, they would ask you to place your fingers in a certain area inside your shirt, and inside your sweater, right next to your heart.

3. They would ask you to listen to the sounds and in your mind, picture the release of the sounds happening in your heart. You would do this for like 5 minutes.

4. Then they would ask you to put your fingers somewhere else, and do the same thing

5. You would repeat this process until you actually start to feel your heart pumping. I have sat like this before and started to feel it before. I practice meditation to compliment my daily runs for the added mental health benefits.

6. Then you could practice feeling your pulse in the inside of your wrist, or your feel, or you you know, your neck or something.

I think this would be really useful, and I think it could help millions of people.

This is also a very easy app to make.

Thanks guys.
