If you need a wheel chair due to your "weight", it should be required that the chair is designed for your weight, not some lightweight chair.

I see so many people who say they need a wheelchair due to their weight, but I don't believe that many of them actually need to be in one. If you do need one, it should be designed for your weight. I've seen so many heavier people in lightweight chairs that are clearly not designed for their weight. <br><br>I roll a wheelchair, one that is clearly designed for my weight. I weight 310 pounds, my chair is 50 inches and 32 pounds. I've seen women who weight 300 pounds or more in 25 inch chairs that are 25-30 pounds. They are clearly not designed for their weight. I believe that these people are abusing the system.
