Any other men feel like they're just wandering aimlessly through life?

I'm 30 years old, I have an amazing wife, a good paying job, I'm in fantastic shape and I make good money. I just can't seem to be able to get rid of this feeling of emptiness, and I don't know what's missing. I think part of it is social media, but I just feel like I'm going through the motions of life without any real purpose. Any thoughts?
