I can't believe my wife is going to throw our marriage away because she's been convinced I'm a pedophile or something.

I just got home from this weekend with my best friend who I've known for years. We always go to the beach together. This year, my 16 year old nephew tagged along. I invited him because I thought it'd be good for the kid to see more of the world. He's basically like a son to me.<br><br>On Saturday of that trip, my friend's mom called him, and said I couldn't pick up the kid on Sunday because she was feeling sick, and wanted to stay in bed.<br><br>I told my wife about it, and she was really suspicious. She kept grilling me about why I couldn't pick him up. I said, yeah, I could, I'm already here. But she was convinced that I was lying about why he wouldn't be there until tomorrow.<br><br>As soon as we got home last night, and the kid got out of the car, she called him aside and asked him a million questions. I assumed she was just asking about his trip. NO. She asked him about his mother, and if her mother had gone anywhere. My nephew answered, yeah, she felt sick and went back on Saturday.<br><br>My wife immediately started crying and ran into the bedroom. I followed her and asked her what was wrong and she said that I was lying to her, and that I called the kid's mother to tell her to come back tomorrow so I could have the kid to myself and...and I can't even finish. I'm in utter disbelief.<br><br>I don't know what to do. Please help.
