So, I hold the little whisk things in one hand, and the sauce pan in the other, and I whisk the hell out of it.<br><br>Then I can stop whisking.<br><br>You know George Harrison?<br><br>I'm cooking up a batch of English custard, and I think I'm doing it just like he said.<br><br>This is by George no whisk.<br><br>"You'll know". He said.<br><br>But I didn't know.<br><br>I had to ask him. "How's that George? How do I know?"<br><br>"Just shake it up. You'll know."<br><br>"So if it's still lumpy I've got to keep shaking it up?"<br><br>"Yeah, till it's smooth."<br><br>"But how do I know when it's smooth?"<br><br>George sighed.
