Men don't concealed-carry because they care about women and don't want to put them in danger

Recently saw this chilly take on Twitter, and it made complete sense to me. Some dude said that men don't carry because they want to protect the women in their lives, but because they want to protect themselves from women like Sandi Duerr and Amanda Knox. I feel this to my soul. As a man who carries, I don't want to have to fear women. And the truth is, we do. Women are just as messed up as the men, and far more likely to call the cops on you for doing nothing wrong (I'm Asian-Dutch, this experience is speaking to me on a personal level). I don't want to live in a world where I have to fear women just as much as men do. And I certainly don't want to live in a world where I have to protect my girlfriend or wife from women like the ones I listed above.
