The buffed E.T.T.A.L. meta is not good for Deathwatch

In the old meta you could run 3 shootas and some bolts on a space marine and pop out of cover and instantly kill things in close combat. Now it’s buffed boltguns are a joke in close combat, and the buffed E.T.T.A.L. has not addressed the lack of effectiveness of shootas in combat. If anything it’s made them even worse. It feels like GW want you to spend money on miniatures to make Deathwatch more competitive.
