Just had an idea for a browser extension: I'm not sure if this exists already, but this is what I came up with. I want an extension that I can use to blacklist certain websites. I've tried blocking them on my router, only to realize I needed them, or they were blacklisted for the wrong reasons.

But this extension would take websites and blacklist them under a certain time frame, customizable, and then the each website you blacklist will have an "EndTime" at which point it can be accessed again.

At this point, you can access the website but, you must give a reason for why you're accessing it, and then it will push that reason to a certain day of the week. At the end of each week it will push all the reasons to an email. I want to add an IFTTT module, so you can choose to get an email, or a text, or whichever.

It will also have a blacklisted tab for you to just see all the websites you're blacklisting at a glance.

Edit: SugarSync, LeechBlock NG, and, StayFocusd are all good alternatives! After looking, I think they do similar things SugarSync does. LeechBlock NG blocks websites in a customizable time range. StayFocusd blocks websites in a customizable time range.

SugarSync sends out the analyses at the end of each week.

LeechBlock has multiple block lists, so you could do something with that.

StayFocusd has a customizable "allowed time" where you can gain extra time after the block.

One thing StayFocusd is missing is an offline mode, which is the worst because I don't have access to the internet I guess, besides my phone with no data.
