Who the hell invented omegle?

Fuckin psycho man invented and made popular this godforsaken website. I was looking at the homepage and the owner actually has the balls to proudly say he's from America. When I second guessed it, I was like no way, then I went to Wikipedia and wow, this is from a goddamn American. I have no clue what this is called but I believe omegle should be shut down. I am not sure what google considers to be a violation and I'm not gonna make them check but they should look at omegle.
