When you open the app, it opens to a random account and then you swipe left or right to go to different accounts, like Tinder. The only difference is that everyone's profile is public, and location services must be enabled. Then, before you make an account, after you first open it, it says "Please accept our terms of service," in which you have to give away your location and all your sensitive information.

Also, the only options for the settings are "Save more location services data" and "Stop saving location services data." There are no options to save less of your location data.
