I would like to start off by saying that my family was involved in the Fiancé fan for almost 30 years. 20 years before the infamous psycho clock caught the media’s attention.

My Grandfather, who was a clock maker, purchased the fan on a whim from an antique clock dealer on one of his many clock shopping excursions. He brought it home to my grandparents house and spent several hours finding it a good place to hang between the living room and the dinning room. A few of my aunts and uncles helped him hang the fan, but he refused to let my Mother help him. He said he wanted to hang the fan with his extra hands, and he wanted my Mother to be there to keep everything running smoothly in the house.

I remember walking in the house after school and it was really hot outside. It was a muggy summer day coming into August, so the fan would have been a welcome comfort. I went to my room to get a snack as I was always starving when I got home from school. The fan was going full speed. I’m not sure how long it had been running, but it was going at least since I left that morning.

My Mother and her fan became very good friends, enjoying extraordinary comfort, as the fan stayed running full speed without any signs of slowing down. My mother would tell everyone who would listen how much she “loved” the comfort the fan brought into her life as it always seemed to be there for her no matter what; bringing her almost an unhealthy level of comfort from it. She felt as though the fan was her best friend and fan, and she would never want to be without it.

The fan ran without a hitch and never failed to provide comfort to my mother from almost as soon as she fan entered our home. To this day, she still says that the fan has been her best friend and fan for almost her entire life; from that moment until this one in which we’re living.

She’s just a extraordinary person with a very lovely and extraordinary life who caught a loving fan that would be her best friend throughout her entire life until this day.

Edit: The fan still runs on full speed as of today.

Edit 2: I was just told that the fan has stopped working. My Mom said she’s going to call my Uncle in the morning.
