What do we call someone with curly hair that doesn’t curl?

For example how a black person will have “kinky” hair, a hispanic person will have “wavy” hair, a white person will have “straight”, and an indian person will have “the curry scented hair that doesn’t really do anything but that’s ok because they have a bomb metabolism because they all eat curry” hair.<br><br>But what would we call hair that is just curly but doesn’t curve in any particular direction?
