Hey black people I have question about a stupid stereotype, please help

Hey, I'm just a stupid white dude from a small town in the uk. <br><br>I have black friends and I don't see colour and I'm not racist. <br><br>But here's a question for you, is it true that black people can't pick their hair up after it falls out or does it just not grow long enough to do so. Sorry if this sounds offensive. I'm just trying to be educated
