Do you think the majority of people would even want immortality?

I know a lot of AI skeptics think our questions about immortality are based on the assumption most people want to stick around and see what the future has to offer, but I don’t think most people want to live forever. There are already so many interesting things like space travel and VR that I would want to try and see, and I’m not in my best health. I’m excited for it, but I don’t think a lot of people are.<br><br>I’m not saying that we need immortality to get people to join the technological singularity. I’m saying that I think most people would want to live out their life normally, so I don’t think it’s a huge concern right now.
