It's super reasonable that doctors and nurses won't be allowed to remain anonymous if they screw up.

The way they are human beings with families and stuff, and should be protected is the exact reasoning you should give out their info and let their communities know that they either can't do their job properly or that they don't care about their patients. I get being scared your colleagues will bully you, but it's the patients that are the real victims.
