Could a Black Twitter be something?

I'm trying not to clumsily describe it as "Twitter for black people," but it could be a platform (or part of a platform) for people & institutions of color to discuss their issues or share information important to us. It could also be a respite from a platform that doesn't always work in our favor as I'm sure you noticed during the US Elections.
