If you are considering a career change because of all this, what would make you stay?

I’ve seen a lot of posts from veteran teachers who have been thinking about leaving the profession and now the pandemic has pushed them over the edge. I totally get that. <br><br>My question: if you are considering leaving and your reasons for doing so are mostly related to issues that could potentially be fixed with more social and political support for public education, what kinds of support would need to exist for you to stay in the profession?
