I Feel Absolutely Helpless as a Teacher

Just FIRED another student today. I love kids. I love teaching. But I constantly feel like I’m spinning plates and absolutely losing my mind at the same time. Red flags all over the place and no resources or help. I’ve been an elementary school teacher for 14 years and I’m seriously considering finding another career. I go home everyday feeling defeated. I’m at a loss of what to do.
