Do anti-immigration people realize that humans are a migratory species and that everyone alive today is the product of former migrants?

Humans have been migrating since we evolved in Africa and everyone alive today is a migrant descendant. Also, all of the countries that anti-immigration people live in are often former colonies, the byproduct of invasion or gained through war, like the United States, Australia, Israel, Saudi Arabia, etc. What do anti-immigration people propose should happen to migrants when humans have been migrating for millions of years?
