Gaming on a monitor is way better than gaming on a TV

Both are doable, but I think monitor beats TV in every single way for PC gaming. I don't just mean resolution, I mean all the other factors such as responsiveness, input lag, visual clarity and overall experience. Monitor rules. Now I know nobody plays on a monitor, so this could just be me being an old man playing on a 24" 1080p monitor in 2021.
