I’m not gonna be the guy who saves the cat in the elevator

Cat survives, people purr with glee, cat loses cat-lord and gets a nice home where it’ll be saved from a potential collapse.<br> <br>Me find a dead body in the elevator. I call the cops. The body gets identified. A family or friend can bury the body, claim the body, or find some comfort in someone else knowing what happened to their loved ones.<br> <br>If I’m the guy that saves the cat in the elevator, I’ve single-handedly ruined every cat in the vicinity. Some dumb little land-lord is going to break up a family for a fat ass cat to only feed it cat food and let it sleep 23 hours a day. Or, if someone does try to save the cat, they’ll get trapped in a web of vicious cat attacks as the cat tries to eat the faces off everyone nearby.
