If you need a wheel chair due to a medical condition you should be allowed to sit in one at all times, not just when you need it

One of my favorite things about going to the cinema is being able to sit in my special (walk-up only) wheelchair and then leaving normal with my nephew (who is 5) and sitting on the chair provided (which is always way too small for people). This is something I look forward to every time I go to the movies.

Last time I went a new (smarter) staff person asked me if I really needed the wheelchair and I explained why I use it, he then proceeded to tell me that I really should use it if I have bruises on my feet and that its the proper thing to do. I was kind of taken aback by this, wheelchairs are supposed to be for people that need them, if you are allowed to use one due to a medical condition you should be able to do so whenever you want, not just when you need to.
