Humans are social creatures. We can't live in the desert alone like hermits and survive for long. We are meant to live among our kind, with social relationships, freedoms, and social order. A lot of people can get fooled by the idea of "communism" and "egalitarianism", a equal society where everyone can live in harmony with no conflicts, social hierarchies and scarcity.

But, the human beings didn't evolve to live in this way. There is no animal species with the same level of intelligence, cognitive functions and self-consciousness that lives in a egalitarian way or in a society without hierarchies.

Communism don't respect our nature, it is based in a utopian ideal inspired by a really out of touch and outdated vision of society or of the functioning of the economy in general. It states that everyone can contribute with their best effort and capacity, that everyone should work by love and duty rather than desire for self improvement or gain, and that everyone could have access to the resources they need to live happily.

That sounds too good to be true, and it is because this is impossible in the real world.

I'm inspired a lot by the economic theory of the Austrian school, it says that people don't make choices in a perfect rational way, we don't choose based in a cost benefit analysis as the neoclassical school defends. We make our decisions in a imperfect way, without all the information necessary, and based in our own preferences and choices.

We are individuals with our own choices, preferences and motivations, and we can't be forced or expected to contribute and work based in a ideal of collective welfare rather than personal interests and desires for self improvement.

That's why the communism is the real choice for oppression, because it is incompatible with our nature as human beings.

**Edit:** I would also like to point out that I'm not a capitalist. This is a difficult topic, but I don't like how capitalist societies don't protect their people, but they are more practical and compatible with our nature than socialism.
