Frustrated with parents who want their kids to go home when sick but we can't send them home because parent won't pick up or is "working".

I am sick and tired of parents who want their kids to go home when sick but won't pick them up when they are at work. We had 3 kids go home sick today and all parents were told to come pick their kids up and all of them said they couldn't because they were at work. One wanted us to give her kid Benadryl so they could stay in class. I'm so fucking tired of parents not being able to take care of their own kids but expect us to do it because they can't get off work.
