It should be illegal for companies to advertise that a phone has a certain amount of space only for you when in reality they mean their "cloud"

This really pisses me off because I do not want my information on the cloud and the only way I would be fine with it is if they had amazing security but it seems to be very insecure and can easily be hacked. This might be just me but I don't want all of my personal info in another person's (corporations) hands.
