The creepy guy who watched me through my window.

I live in a house with a big front yard, and a larger back yard. In the yard, there is a pretty big pool and a small shed. My bedroom window for some reason is located in the back yard behind the house, and not on the street side like the rest of the house. We have a screen on the window so you can’t see in, but you can see shadows of people moving around if they’re close enough. <br><br>One night, I was laying in bed watching a movie when I saw a figure standing in the shadows just outside my window. Since I was watching a movie, I couldn’t see his face clearly, and I thought it was a little strange, but I figured it was just my dad or brother (I have 2) checking on me. It felt a little weird, but I wasn’t that concerned. <br><br>The next night, I was laying in bed when I felt a cold chill run down my spine. I looked out my window, and there was the same guy! I started freaking out. I had no idea who this guy was, and even if it was one of my family members, it was just... strange. I decided to test him to see if it was actually one of my family members. I shone a flashlight from behind my curtain onto his face. I saw a brief moment of shock on his face, before he ducked into the shadows. His face was unfamiliar. That was when I started screaming for my parents. As soon as I saw the light from the flashlight he took off running. <br><br>My family is really protective and they have an alarm system, but we never set it at night because we live in a "good" neighborhood. They always say that it’s not necessary, but I guess it is now. <br><br>The police never found the guy, but I’m glad he hasn’t trespassed since then.
