Making fun of men who lose their hair because of male pattern baldness is body shaming

No one likes to talk about it but people know that happening to men as they age is a part of life. But that doesn't mean that men can't be sensitive to what happens to them. In reality, a vast majority of male pattern baldness sufferers are quite sensitive about it. What would happen if women did the same and made fun of men who lost hair because of androgenetic alopecia?
