App suggestion: communication with blocked users

When you block someone all of your history with them is gone and they can't even see what you've sent them. I think it would be great if there was a workaround for that. If you could still see it, but they can't send you anything back. Or better yet, if they could still see what you sent them but not send anything back. It would help me in avoiding unnecessary calls from people who only want to fight.
