My grandfather used to say, "I'm not going to get old, I'll just die younger than I'm supposed to." Is this one of the secrets hidden in plain sight?<br><br>&#x200B;<br><br>Edit:<br>My grandfather passed away when I was a child from one of his bad habits. I was always close to him, so I took his words to heart, and his death made me very much aware of my own mortality and I've been around for many many years. The only people I've ever seen get old and die are the people who were always in the hospital.
