For all the people who've called their work to quit over the $600 check, I hope your decision doesn't bite you in the ass.

I'm not lazy, I work consistently and I have since I was 16. I've recently found myself out of a job due to COVID, I've been on unemployment for almost 6 months. I've been receiving those checks and I'm glad I did because I've used them responsibly. <br><br>But for all these people who've stated on Twitter and Reddit, "not getting my stimulus? No problem, I quit". I think it's immature and unprofessional. People who are bragging about "quitting" their job and acting smug are just being idiots. Yes, the stimulus situation sucks, but you just dooming yourself by screwing yourself out of health insurance and a steady paycheck. I can't wait until these people realize they just fucked themselves.
