If you need a wheel chair due to a mental disability and you get one from the government, you are laughing at the tax payers expense if you go to a commercial establishment and they ask you to walk from your car to the disability parking spot.

I understand you may need to sit for a little while after getting out of a car, or your just plain ol tired, but its messed up that you can get a disablity parking permit and disability aid (like a check from the government) if you use it for convenience instead of need. <br><br>This goes for any perceived disability permit, visible, audible, developmental, neurological, whatever.
