What does your school do when you are out?

Our school has a substitute teacher shortage. At the beginning of the year our school would pull classroom paras to sub classes. That doesn’t work because we need paras to work with students who need support. It’s been changed to a Dean will roam the rooms to check in. The class will have rotating work during their time.
