My (m23) fiancee (f24) kept it a secret from me that she had a miscarriage until it was too late.

My fiancée and I have been together for 3 years and we were getting married in 2023.<br><br> <br>In December 2022 she told me that she was pregnant and was immediately admitted to the hospital due to the bleeding and stomach pain that she had due to a miscarriage. She had known for a while that this could happen but was obviously still devastated about it.<br><br> <br>I was really upset about it, not just because of the miscarriage but also because she had kept this a secret from me. She told me that she had kept it a secret because she didnt want me to worry and feel guilty but I felt that it was wrong that I wasnt given the right to make my own choice about whether i wanted to be informed or not. I told her that our relationship was based on lies and deceit and we needed to take a step back from each other and reconsider if we were going to be together. She was devastated about it and pleaded with me to stay but I left her house and told her I needed some time alone.
