What’s up with anime naming their shows after the earliest point in the show?

I just can’t get over the fact that the anime Re:Zero starts with a boy going to the grocery store and then waits a little while before the first loop. I don’t get why creators insist on naming their shows after the earliest plot point in the anime. That’s basically the only point why nobody who has seen Re:Zero recommends it as the first loop is the worst part and it just gets better and better afterwards.

So why do creators insist on this? Why not name the anime what it actually is about? It’s the same with Jujutsu Kaisen which is literally just a generic high school training camp anime at its start before just jumping right into a training camp. Usually I’d be fine with an anime about a training camp, but in this case it’s a big waste of time as there’s no Jujutsu Kaisen yet.

I just don’t understand what creators are thinking about when they decide to name a show just after the first few episodes that’s not even really about anything and the show only becomes good once it’s dropped the point that influenced the anime title.
