Why do women think they can just walk over to a man they don’t know and start touching them?

Here is a good example. <br><br>I was at the laundromat. I am sitting on a table by myself waiting for my clothes to finish and I just mind my own business. A girl, 21 or so I guess walks by and gives me a high five and says admirable things. I’m in a gloomy mood that day and thought she was being sarcastic. So I ignore her and continue scrolling on my phone. I feel a hand on my shoulder and I turn around and there she is. She puts her hand on my shoulder and says that she was flirting and thought I was cute. I tell her immediately I don’t want to talk. She apologizes and walks away. <br><br>A few minutes later I feel a hand on my shoulder again. So I slowly turn around, expecting to see her again. Nope. It was another random girl. She looks like she might be in her 30’s. She hands me one of those little Valentine’s Day cards. I tell her I have a girlfriend and I’m not interested. She starts talking about herself and how she wants a guy like me. I don’t care, I tell her again I’m not interested. She makes a face and walks off annoyed.<br><br>I don’t understand, what makes them think they can just touch a man? I didn’t want to be rude to them, because women are crazy. But why do they just go up to random men and start touching them? Even to a man they don’t even know. I don’t want to be rude because women are batshit crazy, but it’s just so peculiar to me.
