I got fired today because I won't get vaccinated.

I've been working with kids for 14 years, 8 of those years have been in mental health inpatient units and the other 6 are in an out patient day program (I just got fired from). I have never in my entire career had a complaint about my abilities, work ethic, reliability or anything like that (30/hour degree level job). I am extremely upset because I have no idea how I am going to find another position working with kids that will hire an unvaccinated person. I'll probably be personal assistant to the gods working for 40 an hour without benefits and on not MCN.<br><br>Edit; I'm in Canada. They changed their policy to require everyone on site to be vaccinated. I have a medical reason for not being vaccinated, I won't go into what it is online, I reached out in protest but was told that they don't give exemptions for political reasons or personal choice. I choose not to get vaccinated and my choice got me fired. They've actually stopped giving exemptions for pretty much everything but the flu shot.
